The Q1 Ultra - CMXP Tablet PC will ship WITHOUT a SIM module. When the end user opens the box, they will see a note inside that will direct them on how to procure a SIM card and how to activate their cellular data service. They will be able to do this via AT&T directly or via an AT&T-authorized reseller. There is no additional charge to procure the SIM card. It is provided to the end user when they activate their service.
